Starting November 1, 2026, EU customs will implement two new policies.

1️⃣ New Fixed Customs Processing Fee of €2 per Parcel：
For parcels destined for the EU and submitted after 00:00 (Beijing Time) on October 26, a customs processing fee of €2 per parcel will apply. Lovegobuy will handle the payment of this fee to customs on your behalf.
Please note that for tax-free shipping channels, goods remain exempt from customs duties—only this €2 processing fee and the existing €3 category-based service fee will apply.
2️⃣ Mandatory PID (Product Identifier) Declaration for EU-Bound Parcels：
Effective November 1, EU customs will require a PID code for all imported goods. You do not need to take any action; Lovegobuy and our international shipping partners will manage the declaration process. This will not affect the normal transport, customs clearance, or delivery of your parcels.
